Cammy does OK against Vega, I think it’d be 5-5 or 5.5-4.5 for Vega. I have huge issues with Vega uno, cannot beat him. Very erratic playstyle.
zaspacer i tried playing some of your replay files but the timing is all screwed up and it basically looks like the characters aren’t doing anything. Not sure what to do…

I just opened two of the files and they ran fine.
Are you you using GGPO to replay them?
I have the .fr extension hooked up to GGPO so it opens for me on double-click.
If you’re still having issues, I say we bring Milo in on the case.
He’s a general tech guru and he’s also very familiar with the .fr files.

I just opened Jodim_yuuai.fr. Round 1 looks good at first, but slowly the moves get more and more ridiculous. By round 2 guild is just standing there mashing low fierce and zangief is mashing jump short.
Also looked at ssf2t-zass_vs_Jeepers.fr. Round 1 is okay for the first half, but again by round 2 bison and chun are just standing there doing nothing.
finally looked at ssf2t-zass_vs_NarcissusCaesar.fr Looks okay for the first 20 seconds. But by second 53 on the clock chun is sitting mashing low strong and guile just standing there doing nothing.
I’ve had this issue with two different computers (one running windows xp, the other running win7 on different hardware). Seems to me what’s going on is that an fr file is just a series of inputs, and the game’s clock is out of synch. So at first the inputs are in synch enough to do special moves but after a while it degenerates.
edit: okay, after messing around with settings looks like the problem is that I needed to set the “force 60hz refresh rate” flag in the video menu. That seems to fix it. Leaving this post up in case others have the same problem.
^^^ Did you try to watch them on the same version of FBA as what they were recorded on? Replay are are communicable to different version of FBA. I have tons of Giga-Matches matches from the early versions of FBA on GGPO. In time, as FBA updated and they became unwatchable. To test it out I tried to watch them on older versions of FBA and they worked fine.

That could be true, I am not sure, I didnt speak to him. But I will say he had a fucking powerhouse of a Rog, like so good it hurt my mind, I can deal with Rog players most the time, I can make them think twice about dashing in, etc.
This was an onslaught of pure pain, needless to say, I just assumed that it just might be the real deal. (actions speak louder then words?)
