Speed combos are “seriously easy” to learn.
Power links, knowing how and when to low jump, parry/throw timing, and actually learning to outthink your opponent aren’t.
Power links are probably some of the most difficult combos I’ve ever seen in a fighting game. You think links in Street Fighter games are bad? Try linking 4 hits in a row into a super move. The only problem with power links is that some of them are difficult to do online because the timing on them is very very strict, but I do one know one guy that can seemingly do them almost 100% of the time regardless.
