Anyone Have A Good Arcade Stick They Wanna Sell?
Is it anything specific you’re looking for? Cause ebay has the JP-styled Agetecs starting from $.99 a bid, and the TopMax I gave Sonny for about $9 a piece.

looking for something like a redoctane…but better quality cuz i read some shittiass reviews for the redoctanes… want the real custom arcade sticks with HAPP parts…i might just build one myself…i know how…but too lazeey…hence my screenname
and plus, it’ll still cost me like 50 bucks if i wanna make something that looks decent and maybe even more if i fuck up on the soldering, and having to buy another controller pad to get the board.
i had one of those AGETECS years back… didnt like it…too light and the balltop joystick…didnt work for me.

Hmm, if it really came to an arcade stick that was about layout but it had no performance, I’d probably get something that looked good, gut it, and modify it. Then I’d ask Nam if he’d sell me some parts if he could get them for cheap.

I don’t see why not, he’s the only arcade owner I know that you can talk to directly about anything when it comes to machines, games, etc. etc. Every other arcade just writes down the request and passes it to the higher ups, but Nam is pretty much always there from opening. Just go ahead and talk to him about what you’re doing, he’s probably got a bunch of parts in the back, or can order them for you cheaper.

when is 3rd strike gonna be fixed? losing alot of customer cuz of no third strike!
Agreed on the 3rd Strike. Nam tells me the people that sold him the stuff keep saying they’ll come in and fix it, but haven’t.
On that note: If anyone knows where Nam can buy a 3rd Strike machine and have it up and running at GTA within hours of purchase, let him know and give GTA a call at 619-229-0781.
He seems to be getting fed up with the machine being down. Then again if you were losing lots of money, wouldn’t you? I think Pacific Theatres had some old junky 3S machine nobody ever played on cause the buttons were always broken.
i can ask if FFA has any extra 3s boards. we have like 10 i think.
also i think its time that GT started running official tournies. this place can really be the next hot spot. just have to put in some work. i used to be tournament director at FF so i know my way around. let me know if GT is interested.
