Isac usually holds tournaments on Thursdays, so right now everyone just settles for that from my knowledge.
Tournaments are MvC2 only for the time being, but with Apex CvS2 may be added in.
I don’t know about 3rd Strike, since that isn’t supported. Plus we just got it.

GTA closes at 11pm on weekdays. Midnight on Friday/Saturday. Nobody ever goes there before 3pm except kids straight from school or early bird Initial D racers. Sunday usually dies off around 10p-11p.
If people are around, there’s always a ‘last call’ on games when the lights are dimmed. If you’re pumping money that’s welcome, and the arcade stays open longer. That usually only applies to games that make a lot of money though, not if someone is playing Puzzle Bobble.
