… and i bet you know each and every top player in japan? (no offense intended)
hachigashira is a top guile player. you proly never heard of him because ppl cant read his name in kanji.
edit: just bought my ticket and registered for tourneys (except the console ones, to think back i shoulda registered but then i might need to take a break and play casuals with other players)… see yall there w00t
Not Hachigashira, his name is “Yazu”.
He is No.1 on BP ranking of Guile. (100000BP!) He lives is Fukuoka (far Southwest from Tokyo) and rarely seen in movies. but his Guile will show you unbelievable rush of sonic-boom.
The first list is people who still needs to qualify on the day, only four players are gonna be chosen. Might be from that list, or some other dude who entered the qualifiers.
As for the 2nd list, im curious who the top players going to main in the console chars only tourney.
Cool, im on the list (Mike Boczar) Dunno why I used my real name instead of my handle. I guess it doesnt matter. I wonder if I can change it when I get there to ElvenShadow. Oh well whatever
Reno, i’m really close to shinjuku. i’m like 2 blocks away from ikebukuro, is there anything against spectating? i would love to watch all this in person.
Edit:shoot sorry i just realized Capps Indigo already asked this question. My fault my fault!
i know i should, but my main concern is making it on time. the same day i have to meet some people thats the only reason why i wanted to know if spectating would be cool. trust me i would love nothing more but to play with the pros. i’m assuming i’ll be seeing you there, should be fun being around someone that speaks english and loves fighting games!
Ohh, Yazu! Yes, I have heard of him. Being a Guile fanatic, I love his stuff. At one point (when he was “only” Master status), he had an 85% win rate. Just incredible.
