Woah. I come back after about a week and now it looks like we’re bein invaded again? Lol, thats all good tho. Well, I’ll b practicin then, and hopefully i can show u out-of-staters a good game. Of course this is only hopefully, so don’t expect too much. Oh, and I’ll b bringing a tv and a ps3. I think my brother has another tv and the wii.

Family’s good, both my girls are getting big. I stopped playing fighters altogether for about a year due to Magic: The Gathering, and have just recently started playing again; primarily 3S as always, but just got SSF4 a couple days ago, so I’ll start mashing c.LP in that game pretty soon. Definitely gotta get some matches in. Milwaukee will be staying at the Holiday Inn with setups, so we should hang out.
There’s a mulit-story parking garage attached to the side of the hotel and public door that brings you right into the hallway where all the conference rooms are (and the rooms of course). You shouldn’t have any problems. And, if you’re bringing in gear, there’s wheel carts available and you don’t even need to go up or down a level from the parking ramp. The venue is pretty nice.

You know I’d take you (and anyone else that’s interested) up on some some money matches in A2, HDR, and SamSho2. I’d be willing to possibly ban certain characters in some instances too (i.e. no Ken in HDR, etc.)

Steamrolled? In SSF4 I could see Big Marcus winning it (or Humbag if he comes), but don’t count out Tong. In all other games, good luck. As far as prizes go, usually the prize split is 60/30/10, although I’m not sure if GnG is throwing down any extra cash. SSF4 typically has had between 40-50 players without out of state competition, so I’d imagine that first place without any bonus is around $300.

the chicago group has changed a bit. now we have a vega player, a bison, a cody, and a deejay. hopefully confirmed.
I hope all the ‘TOP’ mn players shows up for this… we need the strongest player attending to hold the fort :tup:
