Well, Andrei. You were right. I was disappointed by the end of Halo 2. It was not worth staying up till 9:30 in the morning for, that’s for damn sure. Still a good game, just too bad about that GAY ASS BULLSHIT OF AN ENDING!

I guess we should not give up hope cuz that is what xbox live is for (downloads) Isn’t that the most ridiculous ending ever? How can they cut it off at the climax of the in game content? There was supposed to be all this stuff like running and shit too (that would have made multiplayer interesting as well). Did you know there was supposed to be a snow level? Was it just me or did the later half of the game tend to drag on a little bit? I wasn’t too hyped to play the covenant either. God damnit, give me xbox live and maybe that will make me happier. F’ it. At least Snake eater is a “complete” game and GTA San Andreas as well. Lates. End rant.

Halo 2 kinda sucks on live. The really need to patch it. The matchmaking stuff really sucks. Like they take away your ability to just look for specific things like you can in other games and replace it with crap. Slow crap. Seriously. Last night I waited like 3 minutes for it to find a room where everybody else was 3 levels higher than me and I just got my ass kicked. And since the lobbies aren’t persistent like in other games, you just gotta do it agian once the match is over. Another big long wait again.
Halo 2 is AMAZING on Xbox Live. I have the worst connection ever and I’ve only experienced a hint of lag. Seriously one of the best games I’ve ever played.
On the other hand, I’m hardly enjoying the single player campaign. The pop-up and LOD problems are REALLY bugging the shit out of me. People are going ahead and saying “blah blah it’s only happening in the cut scenes” but that is a bold face 100% lie. Walk away from a grunt you recently killed. He will turn into a brown blob. Walk forward, and you will start to see a definition. Walk ALL THE WAY up to him and his textures and mapping will pop up two seconds later. It’s rediculous. Still, the gameplay is fun.
