I just think we can and need to get better. But when was the last time we got together and played seriously? Before Evo? Okay, so #R is random. Pick another game. Show up and play MvC2 or CvS or fucking World Warrior on Ultra-cade.

Yeah we can be proud of that, but we can be even more proud if we hit top 32, or 16, or 8. I’m going to show up at the arcade every Saturday and play whatever other people are playing. Last week I played SC2 and CvS2 more than anything because there was comp. I practice my #R and 3S shit a lot because I want to do better next year.

Halloween Update.

Alright. Halloween party update.

I was holding out to see if Brian Lee could hook it up with the giant barn, break dancers and hordes of high school girls that were at his dance party last March, but as luck would have it…well, I guess Brian Lee isn’t as cool as I thought he was…

Yeah, so…Saturday, October 30th (the day before Nevada day for you people that are going to say that you have to work the next day) at, let’s say 9:00 PM at my apartment. If you need directions you aren’t invited, BITCH! Ha ha ha! Or just ask.

Some sort of costume is still required…like mentioned before, “concept” costumes like “guy will no socks” suck and I’ll whip your ass if you come around here trying to pull that shit in my house. Anyone having trouble coming up with a really stupid, cheap, effortless costume can talk to me because I am the fucking master.

There will be a $5 or $10 buy-in at the door. This will buy you poker chips which you will use to play Texas Hold-em later in the evening…if you don’t want to play, the house may refund your money, but it is more likely that Rob will buy your chips when I eliminate his ass in 5 minutes. Refund will be given no sooner than midnight if at all.

The Helicopter drinking game requires heavily on your skill at this game and if you can’t make it to 500 or 1000 you are going to get to the “i’mma bake the muffin man” level of intoxication rather quickly.

For those unwilling to consume alcohol as commanded, Inui Juice will be availible. If your don’t know what Inui juice is…better learn to like alcohol in the next 3 weeks.

I’m pretty sure Campbell is coming and let me tell you, he is going to be the life of the fucking party. House rule is: Campbell gets to drink as much as he wants and will be provided a designated driver or couch as he sees fit.

Other peeps outside of Reno Crew will be present, but to avoid a repeat of last years events, no rowdy Mexican boys that I know from work will be in attendance this year.

Mortal Kombat Deception is not too shabby. Sure it’s probably not as good as SC2 and VF4 Evo, but I can win online with my 3d fighting game basics without knowing any combos :clap: If ya guys got Xbox Live and wanna take a break from #Reload, and try that’s something a little new and different, than get Mortal Kombat Deception, it’s about the closest thing to an online SC2 you can get, especially with those ring out fatalities. :tup:

So um…what are you saying?? That I shouldn’t say anything about holding on my own when I played againts Kenji who was no.1 in E.C if we looked at every tournament placings they had. And CB who’s IMO no.3-4 here in W.C. Yea, what Rob said is true, we can hold on our own (regardless of what other people thinks looks at ruiN-). We ran into players that played characters we’re not so used too, so you can’t use that againts us now… (kinda like how ruiN- would say that he beat both Rob and Paul with Millia, but doesn’t wanna play his Eddie againts them).

Also, lets look at how the tournament went shall we? With the exception of Paul starting in the losers, and only had 1 game before he’s out, he had the best looking and best played Slayer there (hate me for it, but it’s true). And shall we look at the Testament??? But I think J.C.'s actions speaks volume (you were there, you know it). Nick’s Axl, did fairly well, even though he was used to #reload and had his timing on FRC resens were fuck’d and played both Destin (who went far) and marNeto (who lost to Kenji few more rounds down the tourney), and Rob, while using #reload tactics and should’ve beaten both of the players that played him, had one of the best looking Eddie’s in Evo. So you’re telling me that we shouldn’t say that we are holding on our own, just cause of what you’re saying. Look at NCR, we did fairly well (7th for me, and Paul was 5th), so you’re telling me we can’t hold on our own?? HAH! Please…don’t start shit and call us out cause we don’t go to the arcades. We have other things on our minds and we have other businesses that we attend too atm, but don’t worry, we’ll practice. #reload is a different game than XX, remember that.

P.S. Also, from what Rob is saying, he’s trying to sell Capcom Fighting Evolution and Tekken 5 for everyone that reads this and is from Reno, our accomplishments may not be much, but if you think about it, we can compete againts the best the country can show us (yea ruiN- even Vegas).

I didn’t say we couldn’t. I said you played damn well, I said Rob did, Paul had the best Slayer there, no doubt. I’m not starting shit, and I’m not calling anyone out. I just think we need to get serious again. That’s all I’m saying. Every one of you knows I respect the hell out of you even more than I did before Evo. I think if it were #R Cambell would have gone far, I think if Yacono went he’d do better than I did, I think everyone from Reno should have gotten farther.

0_0, I remember perfecting that Necro with my Yang that night… Hmm Mashing isn’t part of 3S btw guys. It’s about learning your footsie game and range (and building super bar, and anything that can link into super). GG on the other hand, there isn’t any footsie game in it. It’s playing how to block, when to be on the offensive and when to be defensive (and in #reload unblockables aren’t that much of an issue anymore, it’s how an Eddie will set you up for it).
