Why does his hidden super come up out of nowhere? Is that supposed to be a transition?
Pretty sure he’s showing what the damage would have been if the combo was finished with that super.
Yeah, that’s a reason why I did the transition thing.
Nice vid, Tizoc. :tup: I think if you went for a series of these vids, you’d pretty much help everyone who’s ever been curious in trying out the game (if they haven’t already and if they want to get the basics down).
Man, it’s been months since I played this on 2df. I’m mostly a Tizoc/Griffon main with Terry and Marco/Butt as secondaries - and with the former, I seem to have the most trouble against (a really good) Jae and Grant. Any good advice when it comes to facing those two?

OK I edited the vid a little, it is now 3:33 mins. long, I removed Terry’s theme and only used Angel’s for the entirety of the vid.
Didn’t add any more combos but fixed a few things here and there.
Expect an ‘addendum’ for Dong’s combos a few months from now (I’ve got college finals in a few weeks XD)
I’ll try to upload it within a few days.

I may not ‘teach’ everything in the vids, but I can teach enough to help players when playing.
Yeah, go for that; that is, if you’re intending to go beyond Dong Hwan and do vids for other characters from the game.

Ooh, Butt/Marco and Kain (well Kain only from the preview)
I like how you put a mini-movelist for Kain before you get on with the combos - though you might’ve thrown in the supers as well for the viewer to have a quick glance at what he’s got. Transitions seem pretty standard and the flow of beginner to intermediate combos are good.

Well thing is Kain is one exception where I list the name of his moves mainly since I’m lazy to write ‘Charge B then…’, etc. over a dozen times
With much of the other characters, I’ll use standard QCF and such notations.
This is but a glance of Kain’s powerful combos, much like Grant his Corner combos do a great amount of damage.
Fact: Kain has various combo options, but only some of them give good amount of damage and are easy as hell to do to boot.

I’m having some trouble here.I’m using -qcb + C, press A + D, then A but what part do i do repeatedly to make him twitch?

To make him twitch? Just do :qcb: + :snka:/:snkc:, :snkd:, repeat . You cancel the :qcb: + :snka:/:snkc: with the stand :snkd: then quicly cancel the :snkd: into :qcb: + :snka:/:snkc: again. You can also do :qcb: + :snkc:, :snka: then quickly press :snkd: this will cause Kevin to do :qcb: + :snkc: first then cancelled into :qcb: + :snka:. So he twitches for a second while doing it then after that you can press :snka: + :snkd: to cancel into stand :snka:. Doing it that way builds twice the meter from a single :qcb: + :snka:/:snkc: cancel.

Oh and I think I scared away some people with the Photoshop thing, what I actually meant was: Could someone be kind enough to make a title image for the vid? I want it to be in the same vein as the one that has Kain on the left and Butt on the right.
