Why exactly is Rock regarded as a low tier character? I’m still learning the character, so I’m curious as to what his main strengths and weaknesses are.
Rock has only one mixup: either hit low then fireball/qcbA/B super, either go for his special throw. Also he can’t defend very well (rising tackle isnt that good and completely unsafe, his normals are perfect for hitconfirming the B super but not useful otherwise).
Once the opponent has figured the patterns and the spacing, there’s not much left for Rock to do
Rock also gets guard crush easier and he has lower vitality so he can’t take too many hits. I would say his main strength is his mixup game but even that can be broken if you space him out correctly like Timmy mentioned.
Noc: Any chante to get the first post links fixed?
The character limit and new links makes it hard to fix things. All of the links in Nocs post were from the vb forums. We’ll see if there’s some other alternative we can do to make it easier to navigate.
The actual plan was to put everything on the wiki so I can just link the wiki directly to make things easier. It just takes a lot of work to get everything organized and put together. Lately I’ve been busy with work and life so it’s hard to make time for the wiki now.

Huge project that I started a long time ago and just got around to finishing. Couldn’t upload for about 6 months due to a strike on my account that wouldn’t let me upload videos longer than 15 minutes, this one’s a whopping 26 - so get a snack and a drink. 
so me and a friend have started streaming some garou/lb2 sessions.we use the ps2 version cause it’s easier to stream. I’ll post up links next time we do it. We’re not pros by any means but it’s fun.
Post up that stream when ya start and I’ll be sure to watch/follow.

edit: it appears as though it won’t keep them permanently unless we want to pay $99 a month for premium membership. damn.

Hey guys, getting back into this game after a long absence. One of the groups I play with in the NY scene, KPB, will be having a stream night with a lot of fighting games available. We will be streaming two times a month on Thursday nights and welcome you to come and watch. Sounds like a plan. Do you guys still do those Saturday gatherings? I’d go down there just to get some Garou in. As for ECT5, don’t know if I’m going to be able to make it yet. But if I do, we do need to get together and get some games in.
