so, I just had this discussion with a guy who says supposedly that he’s one of the best Naruto players. He says his Neji can totally own S.Sasuke “because all his moves are predicable”. He brings up u+A’s easy punishment IGNORING what I keep repeating about how NO Sasuke will ever just throw out that attack so it could be punished. He also ignores when I mention that the main reason to use S mode is for the cancels anyway. I asked for his reasons why Neji is better and he says “No, MY Neji can beat Sasuke” to which I ask for an actualy reason and not bias. So by the end of the convo, he’s still a moron and didn’t give a single reason Neji is good against specifically S.Sasuke.

Ok, I’m not reading all this backtalk, but here’s my two cents.
Neji; Poor poor Neji, the game just fucking hates him. Ever since I saw S. Kakashi chidori counter his 64 hit super, my friends just spend time noticing flaws in his structure. The Kaiten does no damage for one thing. Get an opponent down to block dmg shuriken death and maybe it will kill themm. The Kaiten should be d+a since kawarimi-ing makes your controls turn, but not you. U+a for s. sasuke has to be countered before they do it.

Shino; Just so wrong if you get a roll going. Since him being hit sometimes dispells bugs you just have to slow your opponent down enough to drop a couple and the web’s spun.

I would say more, but those are who I play.

Throwing against Level 4 computer difficulty is really hard. Close to impossible. Hell air grabs are even hard to land.

I managed to throw the computer around a lot with Zabuza though. But with any other character…too hard.

Yeah, I don’t even bother to throw againt the comp and some characters aren’t even worth using against the comp. Like Neji. It’s alot easier to win with like Sasuke or Zabuza since they have safe stuff and the Comp doesn’t b+B or sidestep much at all

Other than that it’s not like he can continue the string again afterwards easily so I just run up and hit him myself. Or b+B it.

I honestly don’t know if Rock can punish it. And Rock doesn’t have any safe strings. The fact that his footstomp is two hits means that it beats a lot of the back+bs clean after the BBB timing. I guess I can try it from BB, but… eh.

If I’m not mistaken, Jiraiya’s BBBB can’t be Back+B’d in the middle. It can in the beginning, but it’s all good once the first hit is blocked.

Insaneload pointed out the BBBB is really safe, but the opponent can throw after it. Truth, sadly… but alas! That’s why you mash your buttons in anticipation of the throw, and you don’t get thrown.

After I started doing that, the people I did that on started teching out of my throws. Sad Jiraiya.
