Something that bothers me; Why in the fuck does no one really use the stealth mode they have with their suits? I can only remember a handful of people that used it [Nishi, that guy that got possessed at the end of the Buddha statue mission, uhh… drawing a blank], and that it’s not exactly perfect, but if the VAST majority of aliens can’t see stealth mode [ignoring the vamps], why not use it? I’d have that shit on the whole time and hit and run all day like a puss.
Then after I racked up 100 points I’d choose the special weapon option, I’d hit and run all day like a hard-hitting puss.
No I’d probably leave, fuck that dying again shit. :looney:
Also, something that bothers me is that the team only brings like 1 weapon per person. Common sense would dictate that you bring a pistol for close combat and the rifle for farther distances.

Activating stealth mode during ANY mission in this manga is clear cut and dry case of shear suicide. The average participant has a greater chance of surviving AIDS wearing haste boots than unlocking the infamous death switch. Seriously. If Oku doesn’t make an example out of your stupidity then the false sense of security impairing your better judgment… will. There’s no mystery to solve here. Just one hell of another stupid mode best suited for actual machines, psychopaths, war vets and the occasional Gantz veteran.
The ol’ trusty run and gun psuedo-sniper strategy does absolute dick in Gantz.
Nishi and the Golgo 13 sniper from the Buddha mission agree with me. Not to mention Thousand Hands, DC Aliens, Meteor Oni mid-boss, the actual Oni Boss, infamous fireball spewing T-Rexes, etc. The EPW sucks ass too. I can’t believe that stupid gun doesn’t have a lock-on feature. What’s worse is lack of imagination Team Osaka has while using it.

Common sense would also dictate the user set aside time to familiarize themselves with their weaponry before venturing off into the battlefield. I’ve found it best not to dwell on these things. Especially considering the supposed skill level of the fallen + outcome of this current chapter.
Those 3 sadomaso guys should of pulled a Strider and extended their swords and cheaped out those 2 demons.
