I’ve had a few packages lost from USPS. A couple of them were international (and one I’m still trying to track down right now).
Well, I have been waiting for my order for at least 2 weeks now.
Also wondering why I have been ignored for the last week.

Other people who have been discussing paypal claims and disputes, etc. My policy is and always has been to cancel processing orders that get disputed and just let Paypal deal with it by the book. If you made a Paypal claim 3 weeks ago and are surprised that days are going by without your parts showing up, that is why. Your order is canceled and Paypal will refund you. I’m always prompt about refunding persons who e-mail me legitimately, but other buyers which make matters more official will go through the official process outlined by Paypal.
Someone even had doubts about suspicious coincidences with the post losing packages; Anyone who has contacted me this month regarding a lost package (one with a tracking # not reading “delivered”,) has been offered a free replacement. I don’t see what incentive you could imagine I would have to make up stories about packages being lost, seeing as I would not only have to send a replacement just as well anyway, but also pay postage for the previous lost one. As always, again, if a Paypal claim or dispute is filed over it, I allow Paypal to conduct their own investigation and either refund you or deny your claim- which is where things stand with the poster in this thread.

You offered me a free replacement only if I closed the dispute. If I close the dispute I cannot re-open it in the event that the replacements don’t show up. Even paypal says not to close a dispute if you have not received your item or a refund. On top of that you didn’t even respond to my first email until I finally opened a dispute and your response time since then has been horrendous. Hopefully your other customers have a better experience.

It’s funny how all of a sudden after myself and others have opened Paypal disputes, your responses seem to be quicker and you justify your actions.
Anyways, no hard feelings, I received my refund and will purchase my parts elsewhere.

My next two packages of freight shipped from japan on the 23rd, they will be here soon. Updating website with some of the new items we got last week and cthulhu stock now.

I dont get all the hate in this thread. The guy has said time and time again that he is waiting on parts, and now here they come. Cant wait.

Imp boards, UC, AC, Axisdapters, Screwdown terminals, USB Jacks, and now MC as well.
Are all of the cthulhu’s listed on your site MC versions?
None of them are MC, I have not added them as of yet.
do you or have you ever had green obsf-30 buttons and balltop?
These AxisAdapters are by Toodles? Does it only have one color scheme? I just ordered one and wasn’t even paying attention.
We don’t order green obsf. We also don’t use sanwa colored balltops.
Green seimitsu balltops are coming this week though. We are getting solid green and also bubbletop greens.
It has more than one color scheme but the customer does not get to choose.
