I placed an order on May 3rd for 2 Cthulhu’s and 1 Imp. Since then I have sent 2 emails and 2 PM’s, No response. Have yet to receive an invoice or tracking info. I’m not attacking this guy, but I would like to know what’s up.

yea you prob should have already received your stuff it took about 5 days to get mine.
I placed an order on the third (for buttons), i emailed nareg and sent him PMs here. any word from him? im checking my mail today, hopefully the buttons arrived, i just wanted to know mainly if the items I ordered were in stock or not (that and to establish communication)

You don’t think that’s a little excessive? The 3rd was on a Sunday, so it’s only been a few business days since you placed your order.

No, I also ordered over $100 in buttons on Sunday and recieved nothing today and I’m guessing I’ll get nothing tomarrow which is friday. I have gotten no response to emails or PM’s. I’ll give him a few more days to respond.
I can’t comment on your e-mails because I don’t know who you are, however- what PM? would you care to quote the pm you sent?
The only e-mails I ignore are the ones that ask for services I don’t provide, and the ones about shipping status which are sent within 3 days of ordering.
I don’t ship mon-wed at the moment because they are full-time school days. Every order was going to be shipped today but if you go ahead and provide me with your name I will cancel yours.
Why would you cancel my order? I just want to know when you are going to ship my parts.
Also I didn’t read on your website that you don’t ship on mon-tues-wed.

That’s fine, you can paste that e-mail all you want, but your post was inappropriate.
Why would you say “I have gotten no response to e-mails or PM’s” and try to lead people to believe that you sent multiple e-mails and private messages that went unanswered, when in fact you didn’t private message me at all, and only e-mailed me once- less than 24 hours ago to check status on an order from earlier this week?
This thread is not an outlet to pressure me into servicing you, I don’t consider this behavior to be a joke.

First off you still haven’t answered when you are going to ship my order. Also if I place and order on Sunday and get no communication about when it will ship by the following thursday, I consider that bad business practice, period. You prolly wouldn’t haven’t even responded to me if I didn’t make some noise in your thread. Seems you only jumped in when your communication/shipping was questioned. If I give you a $100 order the least you could is send an email stating “your order in expected to ship by X-date”.

but on a side note, people shouldnt be so impatient to expect an immediate response im sure hes doing the best he can, but getting frustrated with customers is not a good way to approach things.
when ordering from anywhere else there is usually a processing period.
