Hi guys, good to hear that everyone is getting their stuff.
I dropped off a ton more boxes at the post today at 8:30am so those should be arriving tomorrow/monday too.
Guys if I may ask a favor I would please ask some of you to lower your expectations of communication from me and my availability to answer individual order questions. I understand very well that is putting it bluntly; but for now, the only reason to contact me which will actually satisfy your effort is a request to cancel an order.
Umm… I guess it might be a good idea to do some FAQ here so I can at least answer some of the questions that might be applicable to a broad range of people.
*“Can I pay you for a Padhack” : *No
*"Is X item ready to ship immediately if I order? 
" : *Nobody order from me with immediate expectations please. I’ll be sure to let you know when my operations can produce immediate results… Believe me it would be a selling point that I wouldn’t stay silent about.
*“Is X item on your website actually in stock?” : *If the site lets you check out an item, it’s in stock. Otherwise, no, and also don’t ask me if you can order it without going through the site.
*“Which parts would fit my Hori whatevermodel stick” : *I have no idea I have had very few retail model sticks, do some research in tech talk.
And most importantly:
*“Can I get an update on my order?” : *No, sorry looking up individual orders takes an extreme amount of time. If you feel worried that I may not get to your order or may not get to it in the timeframe that you find acceptable, simply cancel- that is something I respond to promptly with a full refund (and without any hassles.) Otherwise my customers should order or wait only with confidence… at least until a better system is in place where orders can be looked at more quickly.

I believe he said if yours is a domestic shipment (US), only then will you receive a shipment confirmation. Otherwise (international), your only proof of shipment is receiving your order. :razzy:
