One thought though, on the anti-static bags for the Cthulhus, if someone orders both a PS3-only, and a MC Cthulhu, would you be able to label them “PS3” and “MC” on the bags? I did this, and there was no labeling, and had I not thought to look at the Cthulhu thread, I wouldn’t have known which was which.

You should have been prompted to create an account with gamingnow.net while placing your order. Just logon to the acct and you’ll be able to check the status of your order. Other than that it would help if you provide him with your 4-digit order number instead of your PP trans #.

If you did not receive a receipt by e-mail, the order was NOT accepted by our system. This is discussed a few pages back on this thread (it’s a post from 10/14 where I explained that there was some paypal server issues going on.) Only paypal orders from the morning of the 14th were affected.

I’ll need a full name to do find the transaction and do a refund.

Website status does not always get updated to reflect that an order has been shipped. If it’s been more than two business days since your order, you can usually bet that it has been shipped. If you get an e-mail with a tracking number and shipment notification, you can be positive that it’s shipped. But this e-mail is only sent to domestic customers.
