I am West Coast, aint fighting I agree. Animal Fries still have dairy so its not like I’d touch em these days, and to make it worse the portion/quality of the french fries are looooow. That mushroom burger at 5 guys tho, that gets my attention, and most important is their fries (S-tier). And I get peanuts while I wait.

Five Guys and In-n-Out are both shit anyways. The real joints are Fatburger and Farmer Boys. There is a Five Guys down the street from my house maybe 6 minutes away and I would still rather drive the 20 minutes to get a real burger at Fatburger.

Fatburger and farmer boys are not as good as in and out. Just my tastes and how things go. I do like slaters for what it is.
Never got to try them, but if the name is true then I believe it. Meat all tastes about the same as long as the quality is equal since most places use a similar cooking method. So at the upper tier levels size and things like quality of lettuce dictates supremacy.
I personally like spicy food, so any restaurant (and ive been to a few) that serve habanero sauce get added props.
Speaking of ATL burgers, I hear Yeah Burger is great, never tried it though.
I’ve eaten it at McDonald’s in Korea. I like Bulgogi and hate the burger.
In-n-Out cooks their shit too fast and it’s too greasy, the patties are small in comparison, their cheese sucks and makes the entire burger taste the same, they are just above average to me. McDonalds is worse, but nothing is worse than McDonalds. The slow cook method of Fatburger on their lush ass oldschool fryers keeps the meat flavorful, and they use really god damn premium beef too. The lettuce is always fresh and crisp and you aren’t getting a flavor combination like that anywhere else. Five Guys has better tasting fries because of the cajun spices, but the actual quality of fries? Fatburger is top god damn notch. Don’t matter if you like small cut fries or steak fries, both are god tier fries freshly cut and cooked in vegetable oil so they don’t get god damn grease all over your fingers.
After I eat at In-n-Out I never feel like what I got was worth it. I am always satisfied when I eat at Fatburger.

Smashburger has that. You can also get it with Buffalo sauce, spicy jalapeno bun, pepper cheese, etc. Made a damn nice spicy buffalo burger that way and backed it up with a nutter butter shake.
