This tournament was really hype, with the big screen set ups they had at my location. It was cool and a lot of fun to see and chill with Kyle/Comeback, Henry Cen, Frantastic, Henaki, Tinshi, and several others during the actual tournament. And yes, I grabbed the one 360 fightpad they had in the store before the tourney started! They used wireless standard 360 controllers for the tourney. In a funny moment, during the first match somebody’s wireless ran out of batteries. Haven’t seen THAT happen yet.
All in all, a lot of fun. Good seeing everyone. Congrats to all the other Round 3 winners.

I was at 33 Broadway NYC. We had 31 players. (CapMaster did you go to Jersey? heh heh )
Justin coasted through, he lost only a round to the other finalist. EX Messiah kick owned everybody. Afterward he rushed out to catch his flight to Atlanta for Final Round. The store had the TE stick to give to him.
A Minor Threat (aka NerdJosh) was doing really well in his bracket than nerves got to him and he ended up losing to James Peace from CT for the chance to fight Justin
I couldn’t beat my first match against a Gief player, we were playing on controllers connected to a kiosk. Its bad enough I can’t play well on a pad but one attached to a kiosk is even worse.
SmoothViper, Rusheddown and Harlemhero got peaced out early as well.

Did you use the pad on the left? That pad on the left was iffy as hell. It just didnt feel right, the response felt a little laggy. I tried to avoid at all cost to use that one. The right one actually works fine.
