A real Megaman game, no more handheld spin-offs or 8-bit games (as good as MM9 and MMZ were) even though Inafune is gone. It’s almost baffling that Capcom, pretty much the king of third person action last gen, couldn’t be bothered to do this. Of course now it’s never going to happen. Can’t even be bothered to put X in UMVC3? Capcom’s excuses are horrible.
New Half-Life, ffs. It’s ludicrous how much time Valve has spent messing around with get-rich-quick schemes (that are actually WORKING), and now DotA 2? Where did that come from? Any goodwill from The Orange Box and the TF2 updates (back when they were good) is long-gone.

The funny thing is that my post highlights what is wrong with the gaming industry. 3 of the games are published by Activision. I can’t wait till they kill the FPS. That will be awesome. Not even trollin’.

Yeah it was a good game much more shock and awe than Mortal Kombat just lacked a competitive gameplay engine but the storylines were really deep for a fighting game
the problem is, cc is not a bad game, it’s not worthy of being called a squeal. It might as well be it’s own game and not a squeal to a amazing game.

I swear. I would sell someone’s kids for an Einhander sequal. Same thing for ZOE @ with a good 1-on-1 fighter mode. That and an updated version of the NES game MetalStorm. That game was hot fiyah back in the day. Maybe one more Wipeout racer, although I must admit the PS3 version has held up well IMO. With luck I’ll be playing the REZ sequal next week, but the way this has been going, I’m not saying nothing until I have it.

Chrono Cross isn’t a sequel AFAIK - it’s another game that takes place in the same world. At most it’s a “spiritual successor” to the original.

Would love a modernized spiritual successor to Eternal Champions. As in same general story*, but different characters and gory finishers.
*People important to saving the world battle to go back in time and stop their death from happening.
Well yeah. If you were going in expecting another action-packed episode of Chrono Trigger, you were setting yourself up for disappointment.
As a separate game, it’s great.
