  • Pit Fighter (why hasn’t there been a sequel for this game yet? That beatemup doesn’t count.)
  • Gauntlet (in current gen)
  • Puzzle Fighter (3D models with recent characters and various Capcom cameo characters)
  • TMNT: Smash Up (tweak the damage and frames on some characters and up the roster.)
  • Battletoads (with Dave Wise on the music)
  • Simpsons Arcade Game
  • Mario Bros. (The original. Throw some new maps, new enemies, some bosses, and up the difficulty.)

Data East went bankrupt around 2006 now all their licenses are owned by G-Mode. G-Mode is real open with the licenses see the Toki remake and Magical Drop V.

Another Data East game I would love to see sequel or a port is The Cliffhanger:Edward Randy.

I’ll never understand the love for this game, ever.
Playing and beating this game as kid, it awoken a hatred deep inside of me, but was hard to control. At times I would lose control and lash out all of my hate at random civilians. Then, Persona 3 broke me, and turned me into the asshole I am today.

Fuck shitty RPGs, they destroy lives… LIVES!!
