If I show up on the 19th, I am not in a league or anything, is it just a one off tournament for marvel 3?
I was going to start the league with MvC3, but you can treat it as a one off.
Each event, except the Season Final, is its own event really. Season Final is only one that has reqs to enter

I think its because of the time, so something lengthly like that might take too long. Although, maybe single elimination capped at 8 teams?

I think singles this time around (He’s added 2 more games to the lineup compared to beforehand which was just SSFIV singles and teams). It sounds like it could get pretty crowded in there this go around.
a 3v3 hasn’t been done yet in Seattle for MvC3, and there’s going to be A LOT of people that will want to take part in that. Personally if there is going to be a 3v3, there only needs to be 2 games running (SSFIV and MvC3), just to be safe on how long it might take (considering most people s how up late to the events…myself included lol).
Then let’s play just Marvel3 and SSF4…I’m good with that. Haha
So how many heads are coming up from Portland? Sounds like this event might be rather successful, let’s remember to bring as many copies of SsfIV and MvC3 for the 360 as we can! Lots of setups in the house, just need discs, sticks, and your A game.
I got some BlazBlue players from Tacoma who will most likely be going to (and winning) this event. Let’s keep BB and let Tacoma shine for a minute. lol

I’m gonna try and make it out to this for some marvel. I haven’t been to anything in a while. Would like to play some locals again.
We have been playing with BB and GG the last few months on Fridays mostly.
We have had as many as 15 people and as few as 4 people.
I added it to the SSF4 day just to see what happens, which is also why BB/GG do not start until about 8pm.
I fit works out GREAT, if it doesnt work out, we do something else with BB/GG in the future. I would like to try and see all of them on one day to maximize possible attendance.
I think we have the game spread far enough time wise to not have 100++ ppl in GC at one time.
This is an experiment doing all of the fighters on the same, so we will see how it goes and adjust as needed.
