Throws are fine. They function the same way they do in some of the older games by allowing you to get more damage. You can now threaten with walk up hit confirm into combo or throw. These are the same tactics people used in 3s, cvs2, alpha etc. They were pretty much never used in SF4 because of how bad the throw system was in that game. I’m glad these advanced mind games are back.

So Guile can Alpha Counter while standing or crouching without pressing forward. Dictator, Claw and Boxer can’t.
uhhg really…thats ugly, i thought you could delete them completely…that is something -_-’ nevermind then. I guess we’re stuck with them, more or less its a good think to check one’s button config before a match then because i know they are on default button layout o_O
I just thought you could remove the pre-set combo like you could remove gems in custom loadouts( i believe you still do that). other then that, i got nothing.

As far as timing for tech rolling, all you have to do is hold forward after being knocked down -_-
When I said Ryu’s sweep was untechable…I should have been a bit more clear. You cannot “quickstand” it (KKK on hitting the ground), but you can roll.
