Looks like there is something for everyone to thank SF4 for now. Back to 2d fighting (thank odin!).

Seems to be running at 60FPS. See some MvC influence with tag battles and even some proper aerial raves. Remember seeing they played a lot of KOF for MK Vs DC.

Interested in where it goes because there was rumors that they were re-booting from the end of MK2 and an alternate take on MK3 but I can see Li Mei and Kira from Deadly Alliance/Deception in the background of one of the stages.

I will shatter if I hear Sega announce a revival of Eternal Champions.

I’m an absolute unknown here and around the scene, but I would like to jump right here with a question or two.

A friend of mine has been going out to tourneys a lot and the both of us have just recently found out that there is a competitive scene here in cleveland. He’s more experienced in the general tourney scene than I am since I haven’t went to other tourneys beside the occasional SSBB tourney or the SSBM back in the day.

Someone told him that ranbats(sp?) were being done here and as I had said before, we would both like to join in on the fun. Where exactly do we have to go?

that new MK looks cool.

I just wish with Smash Bros that they allowed some items, to me they are what makes the game. I a still debating on whether or not to enter that tournament. Im definately gonna be playing some wrestlefest.

Ive also been looking into gettin a ps2 again so I can get into 3rd strike, it looks like alot of fun. I may have to give KOF another shot too, I rented 12 and played it once then took it back

The coolest thing I’ve read about MK9 so far is that tag battles can go up to 4 players. So its two players taking on two players at once while tagging in and junk.
