Rumors for TGS:
- Street Fighter x Tekken announced for PC and as a Wii U launch window title. 360/PC versions will have an exclusive character (like Cole is for PS3/Vita), as will the Wii U version. The characters themselves will not be specified.
- SSF4AE 2012 officially named Super Street Fighter IV Upper (at least in Japan). Adds Hugo and Poison and will still be free for owners of SSF4AE. Demo of new build on show floor, includes Hugo and Poison. Announcement that this is definitely the final version of SF4, as the team is going to start a new project shortly.
- UMvC3: Rest of new characters get reveal trailers. Demo build with every character on show floor.
- Mega Man Legends 3: Announcement that due to fan feedback, development will restart in November.
- Mega Man 6, 7, X2, X3 and Mega Man 64 announced for Wii Virtual Console. Mega Man 2 and 3 (GB), as well as Mega Man 1, 2 and 3 (NES) announced for 3DS Virtual Console.
- Mega Man 8, Mega Man Legends, Mega Man Legends 2 and The Misadventures of Tron Bonne announced for PSone Classics.
- Vampire Savior: Online Edition announced for PSN. HD remastering ala 3SO with GGPO online. Demo on show floor.
- Marvel vs Capcom Collection announced for PSN. Includes X-Men VS Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter and Marvel vs Capcom. No remastering, but will include GGPO online play. No demo.
Outside of Hugo and Poison in AE2012 and MML3 going back into development, I can believe all of that.
The leaked list said Kuma is his partner but Rufus isn’t on the list.

Well guys it looks like an “Xfactor” like move is being implemented in SFxT. Anyone saw this coming from a mile away?
In my opinion, this is one of those ideas that is not only really bad, but really really bad. If it’s like X-Factor, anyway.

If they do it right, it’s not going to be a complete copy and paste of xfactor. You probably have to have your partner still alive to activate Pandora, so you can’t be like oh I’m about to die, time to activate. Plus Pandora probably won’t have “levels” like xfactor so the damage increase will be the same for everyone…HOPEFULLY XD I am kinda pissed they lied to us and said there wasn’t going to be some mechanic like this…

I can’t see myself playing any new games… especially if AE: upper is the very last iteration.
KOF seems interesting but I’ve never played a kof game before and I’m leaning towards just getting better at marvel, 3S and ST.
SFxT looks like it’ll be good drunk fun in 2v2 matches but nothing more.

My main games will be SFxT and COUGH XIII…and unless Ultimate actually fixes all the shit then that will be there as well. As for Skullgirls…i wish they would show gameplay of the other characters, even though the artwork for them has been leaked. I’ll play it as long as there is competition here. I know most of the guys that play AH3 are going to be picking this up, so I can play it online with peeps. As for SC5, I’m still trying to get adjusted to the 3D environment with Tekken. The characters look fun, but I’ll save judgement on that until it gets closer to release.
