So I won’t be the only 18+ there that gets juggeled by a 12 year old Dante like the first time they did this? :D? I may go again if that’s the the case. The first time I talked about it here but wasn’t too sure if they were going to hold the age limit or not. It seems the past two times I’ve found out about it a few days later they didn’t hold the age limit, which is good. Because I think getting more than kids even if it’s supposed to be a “kids event” is good for the community and brings Gainesville gamers together to find a common interest in something while teaching kids the basics. I may go to that along with the Gator gaming then.
So it’s $5 to go to Gator gaming for us non-UF students and parking on campus in the garages is free, right? Unless one of you wants to let me bum a ride from MHP to the event and back to MHP’s library, I’ll have to see about the car I take that day or walking from a friends that’s close by to campus.
As for Random Battles, I’d be down with random battles on campus on Fridays or something that isn’t encroaching on SRK’s normal “meet up at Rob’s place,” but is open to everyone at the same time. That way I don’t get my Cody punched to death by better players.

I just realized there’s a tourney for each week in September in CFL+NFL. I’m planning on going to the one on the 3rd (Jacksonville) and on the 24th (Orlando). IIRC I can’t go to the Tampa one on the 9th because of family so as far as rides you guys figure out among yourselves.

Oh, I know that. But unless you’re on the north side of Gainesville UF’s campus is closer than the south side for me. Easier for me to find as well.

@filipinobino I graduated from the medic program out there about 2 years ago. Good luck! I recommend riding at Bradford as much as possible. Those guys are great. Or hell, come ride out in union county with me. I’m out there every weds/sun. I’ll teach you how to not kill people.
