The patch server for PS3 is up even though PSN is down. Chances are, PS3 users will have CS2 but won’t be able to buy Platnium, which is disappointing, but eh. I’m probably going to be learning new Lambda/Jin stuff anyway.
Personally, I think that BB will be harder for those who can’t get long combos down easily only because magic series aren’t as useful, so you’re either stuck learning a pretty long combo or trying to punish someone 6-8 times in one match. I think MVC3 is harder to play well because you have to approach it a lot differently. At least for me, a lot of the time in MVC3, you have to change your mindset on when you can and can’t do things. BB may have long combos, but you still have typical stuff like DPs and anti-airs, and it’s really not that different once you learn a combo or two.
tl;dr BB is harder to get into for those who aren’t used to long combos. MVC3 is harder to play well because of Sentinel and Akuma assist.
Also, if anyone has a floor or a chair I can sleep on for CEO, I’d be grateful.

We’ve only played it once as a group but I actively practice it, still trying to figure out the character I wanna play. And there’s like 3 or 4 of us going to the ocala tournament. Are you going, because I’ll bring MK9 if you want to get some games in.
EDIT: Also about the CS2 patch, it’s out right now on the 360 marketplace now. Then after picking up Brink today I’ll download Platinum. Time to actually put some time into this game.
