Not that I have any say in the matter, but I would rule it just like the game-breaking marvel 2 glitches. Like Gambit, for example,the player responsible for triggering the glitch will forfiet the game, resulting in his/her loss regardless if it was intentional or not. In this case would be Zero.
It’s not the character who is broken, its just this small thing.

Akuma’s vortex is almost impossible to deal with (at my current level, anyway). There’s too many variations…you just have to pick a direction to block and go for it :lol:
Also, if any Ryu players play against Tokido this weekend: if you’re knocked down in the corner on the 1P side and you see him dash twice towards you, prepare to focus—>dash forward the crossup. If you don’t, it’s unblockable :wtf: I ate that shit SO many times :wasted:
Finally, having to guess between dive kick and crossup hurricane (which beats wakeup srk) is so, so gay. PURE mixup.
