I would say that it’s as broken as it is deep. Few fighting games of that era achieved unfathomable depth as a matter of course.
What would you say is most broken about UMK3? I’m not disputing that it’s not, very few games aren’t broken. I know it’s broken, but it’s not broken in which that it’s unplayable in any way. UMK3 is the least broken MK game, actually. Again, I’m not saying you’re saying this, just want your view of what’s broken on the game.
A side note I would like to add is that UMK3 is balanced. That being said, balance is overrated. (See 3rd Strike 
)
I only say that it’s broken because there are a million and one things in the game that weren’t intended by the developers. This made the game deeper, yes, but technically speaking, it is broken.

MK2, and MKD were also fun games. But MKD was a joke for serious comp, and MK2 was kinda boring. IMO, MKA and MKD are the most fun 3D MK’s. MKDC is just so boring to me, and is no fun at all :sad:
UMK3, as I’ve said before, is the fighting game equivalent of a chimpanzee mashing a typewriter and producing, by pure chance, the complete script of Romeo and Juliet.
Deception is fun shit, though. I love shitty fighting games sometimes.
