I might be going to Waba today to play Street Fighter IV for the first time. Heavy, heavy emphasis on “might.” I have a fucking Sentinel-tier cold that’s been rocking my shit for the past three days, and I only feel comfortable leaving the house if I’ve made a full recovery by tonight.
Question: I’ve been hearing something about a big arcade at a place called “Peachtree Corners”. Anyone got any info on that?
Also, the Gamestop Street Fighter 4 tournament is coming up. I was hoping to kind of get a feel for the competition, so I could know how many warriors I’m going to end up fighting, and how many scrubs I’m going to end up dragon punching to oblivion.
So if it’s cool with you guys, I’d like to know who all signed up and what store you’re gonna be at. As for me, I’m going to the Newnan one in Ashley Park.
Oh yeah, I’m definitely gonna be at Final Round, but a free Gamestop tournament didn’t sound so bad to me either.
Also, here’s a noobish question: What’s up with this Waba Game I’m hearing about? Do they have Street Fighter IV like now? And I can’t find any info on the location…
Waba Game is a gaming/ping-pong center in Duluth. It’s just off of Peachtree Industrial. They do have Street Fighter IV(courtesy of Eddie) and I will probably be heading there tonight.

Brawl and Melee are pretty big there. I play Melee a lot myself. They have a lot of things, though. I know that one of their Wiis is modded for Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, and they also have enough TVs that you can bring your own console and stuff.
Lil Kong, should we bring food to this BBQ, since i recently stopped eating meat? Like Fish or Tilapia or side dishes like Potato Salad, Mac & Cheese? Just let me know so i can initiate preparations for this event, when i make food, i marinate it and have it prepared before hand
