Awesome news. This is one of the better quality shows out there (this and Zombie Strippers :rolleyes: ) and it would be a shame to lose it. And because if it was cancelled all we’d get is Joshua Jackson in Mighty Ducks 4. I’m hoping this revealing of the overarching story is setting us up for a big wopping cliff-hanger season finale.

Neat factoids. Well I knew she was Australian but that was about it.

One thing I like about the show is that they have limited commercial interruption, often extending the episode length to 50 minutes instead of the regular 43-45 mins.

I’m finding it hard to think how they can beat traveling to alternate realities, that’s already to good.

Real Peter is dead, the main one is from a parallel universe

This show is built on the principles of alternate realities so I’ll briefly explain both.

He didn’t go back in time. Remember earlier in the series Walter said he built the machine to save his son, it was supposed to travel through time, but accidentally it created a hole to another universe. In our reality, Walter’s son Peter (A) died from his ailment. Walter travels to universe B and retrieves his Peter (B) from Universe B. Peter (B) is who we are watching in the show. That is why the observer had the same coin Walter had, to show there are two of everything.

With Olivia, She travelled to Universe B. In the other Universe, the World Trade Center disaster never took place, so they are still standing.

Remember, Walter stated there are consequences to bringing thing back from the other side. I got a feeling that the whole show in the end is going to be about Walter B at war with Walter A for taking his son.

The whole time after hearing Walter talk about retrieving something special and then seeing him at the headstone I was thinking “wife or son wife or son wife or son?” I can’t wait for season two. I remember in all the Star Trek talk JJ talking about Nimoy and Fringe. I had know idea that’s what was in store for us. I can’t believe I was hating on this show in the beginning. Please sir, may I have another season?
