Zaku, before we head out to San Francisco on Saturday, can we stop by Gamestop in El Cerrito so I can pick up a copy of Virtua Fighter 5?
They apparently have it in the store.
If I can not suck at this game, I’ll consider importing the new one [Final Showdown] or whatever… assuming they actually make a console version, which might not be for a while (or forever).
But, yeah… something interesting to do.
And, in all honesty, I think I’d rather play this game than Mortal Kombat.
(Which I still have pre-ordered, but might bail out due to recent Megaman Legends purchases… yes, I did it)

As far as the session at my place goes, I think that for people who aren’t commonly here I should host at my place since Laudanum and a friend of DKLs will be rolling through, if possible we’ll transfer to Ambiguous’ place once I have information from those 2 so we can reroute to a more preferable environment.
Quistoefur: Blocking Viper is blocking mix up, but her normals are all trash. Characters like Wolverine have less mix up, but they have good normals so when you attempt to counterpoke they get to combo you.
Linknights: Naw, I just have Marvel basics plus your amazing Chris Tutelage, you’re still definitely the better Redfield player!
Actually, thinking about it more, I would like to go to Dojo because it’s likely where I can take it easy…

For VF5, I think we are just going to pick the game up and bring it to the dojo. I’m guessing that the SFSU meet will be held on Sunday, since Worf said he’s going to Wondercon on Saturday.
