The box is pretty blah (lots of damaged corners, mainly because it was shoved into a bag at one point), but it is what it is…
That said, the MVC2 stick will have no box, mainly because when I bought it, the box was already fucked up and I ditched it.
THAT SAID, I actually do have a Round 1 Madcatz TE (with box), but it’s currently my personal stick until I can get this Qanba business sorted out (site is not accepting my credit card, WTF)…

edited: just to make my post slimmer, I got stuff for trade. I don’t really wanna sell but just have had these parts lying around and want to get some new colors. If you really want something but have nothing to trade, maybe I could sell certain parts like the ball and bat tops and button sets. For trades I’d prefer like brand for like brand. Hey guys, I would love to attend, but I noticed the OP says you need a SFSU or a california ID. I only have my NYC ID and was wondering if that’s ok. Also, I wouldnt consider myself the greatest SSF4 player so is there a good range in skill levels from the people that attend?

Actually, you only need some sort of identification… it’s mainly to keep things in order.
(but, actually, we haven’t been looking at IDs for forever… but, yeah, it would be a good idea to attend the event with some kind of identification on you; NYC ID should be fine)

Also I got me a stick w00t! Thanks to laudanum for helpin me out with that. Things are goin pretty smoothly with it. Was getting caught in the corners doing 236 motions, but not so much now. Oh yea and I got mvc2 on my 360 so I can bring it and we wont need an internet connection to play.

Would anyone be interested in playing some 3s? I can bring my copy of the PS2 version. Also, if I find a ride I can bring my ps3 with MvC2/SSF4/whatever you guys want to play so that’ll be another set up. It’s not backwards compatible though so we can’t use it for the 3s.

i hope its okay with worf, but I think its good. If you have stuff for sale or for trade, why not with your local community? its actually safer that way than craigslisting or ebaying stuff, you get to make the exchange in person and then play some games.
oh and let me think about the red seimitsus. Its just that both my sticks have red designs on top and it might be some overkill. I will think about it however.
also I just found a pink sanwa balltop, so add that to the list. I also edited my post to update that.
Also, ric 0, now that you bring up the corners issue, I was thinking that as a guy player you might actually feel better on an octo or even cornerless gate considering youre coming from a pad. I just got an octo gate for fun so I’ll bring it next week on my stick and you can try it out.
