This is Jake, I totally failed at this tournament. I lost to the Guile player that got second (which isn’t terrible, came down the last round and I got impatient). Then I went a good four hours without playing a single game of sf4. In the meantime, I was playing the guilty gear team tournament, which me and Josh got third in. After waiting for so long, I finally got to play against a bison player. I dropped everything, played mad scrubby and lost the first match. Then started landing things and got the second match, the third round started off horribly, I even missed a random ultra against his corner pressure. Regardless it came down to the last match last hit (after I got nailed with an ultra and put into the corner, I woke up and threw, dive kicked into the corner and crossed up with a dive kick into combo, putting him into the corner then my ultra didn’t come out. IT DIDN’T COME OUT. I was fucking pissed, then I lost to ex psycho crusher that somehow hit for me trying to dive kick it. I did horrible everyone.
Commence to making fun of me Adam/everyone. Sorry I didn’t get back to your texts, my phone has no signal in Canada.
As for Jug, he got third and did very well. He should have placed higher, but he lost to Guile.
In better news, Mcdonald’s sells spicy chicken sandwiches here for a dollar, they are awesome. They also have rocky road snickers in canada.
