It’s cool, we only have 1 TV for SF4 anyway. The smashers are down there still and we’re runnin TvC and MB.

i had to ditch my car on Forbes cause it was soo icy and hitch a ride with people that barely made it to the top - the scene going up the hill on Forbes was crazy, complete deadlock cause people were slipping and sliding going up the hill, people getting out of their cars to help push, drunk people roaming the streets pushing cars, people yelling out of their homes because a ambulance got stuck on a side street and was close to killing one of their precious trees, people puking outside their window, cars abandon… wonder how i’m going to get my car

Nope, there was like a foot of snow. Everyone in downtown was walking home it was crazy. And why in the world is it still snowing? Maybe next weekend I will finally get to see Avatar.

I beat you in sf4 you blame your inability to adapt to a new system. I beat you in SFHD you blame luck. I beat you in SF HF and i’m sure you’ll find some excuse. But yeah your right you don’t want me to play SF HF you might actually learn something like how to win, god forbid. If you wanted to play third strike all you had to do was ask, aka walk over where the smash players are *gasp, they’re actually a real bunch of nice guys and fun to chill with.
Also what you got against the smashers? I take it because they don’t play a game outside of their favorite makes them bad players? I fail to see how that has anything to do with anyone’s skill level if anything that makes them better players. I was most attracted to being able to play a match with them and not listen to your constant ranting about sf4. believe it or not everyone knows you don’t like SF4 so you don’t haft to remind us every five minutes. But yeah if you want to be a xenophobe about games you don’t play or haven’t taken the time to understand it isn’t surprising.
Sorry I missed games this week, power went out and we had to retreat to my g/f’s house and now i’m stranded here.

Adam: I got nothin against smash players. However I think its hilarious what a lot of them think of games THEY don’t play either. That argument works both ways. Just like Jake doesnt care to play doujin games, I have no care to play smash or learn it. Im sure theyre cool beyond that, no doubt, I’ll probably even see them at an anime con or somethin.
Yeah you beat me in my games because I mess up and youre more patient than me. Maybe Im just too anxious for fighting games, who knows? youre good at sf4 and other games and can beat me and everyone else outright. you practice and learn matchups and all that. Good for you.
Yeah it bothers me that I lose to someone in games I like but they dont give a shit about for 1 post then I go back to not giving a shit because I only play when we have sessions anyway. So im not suprised I lose, I just shrug it off and wait to try again anyway. If I post up and it seems like I’m salty, chances are I put that there then completely forget about it. Its not like Ill play after everyone leaves, so why not put my shit to use for once a week myself? I have no way to play online and I won’t ever play a fighter like I used to play 3s before I got to college, so I don’t expect to win any tournaments or be placing in anything any time soon.
Besides, if I really wanted to practice a game it’d be marvel just because the money seems to flow like in a pool hall. Who needs to win tournaments when you can win as much or more in side games than the tournament winner?
