KDZ does a good job fighting wolfkrone but ends up getting burned up last round. 7:05 kdz uses low forward to stuff strong electric fist, throughout the match he stands up a lot to block burn kicks after a blocked seismo, also when under pressure a lot of bk’s were used but if anticipated are very punishable, expect a bk or hp thunder knuckle when you begin your pressure strings, at 8:13 he does dive kick into the target combo which wiffs at first due to vipers wake up burn kick but the roundhouse beats the wakeup option, this looks like a very good potential option select with dive kick air buffer target combo then do whatever follow up u planned, at 9:26 memorize that spacing so you can punish all vipers stupid little feints and full screen seismo’s. from 10:20 to 10:47 kdz decided to play like you 
pro tip don’t tech on wakeup all the time.
ps: it looks like vipers options for post ex messiah on block are ex seismo and hp thunder knuckle so when viper has meter do over head when she doesn’t do delayed Light kick.
seeing as the main event friday evening was super I guess I need to start playing it again. I just need the discipline to buckle down and limit my character selection to no more than 3 characters. never really had a main character for super. any suggestions?
depends do you like to turtle with fireballs or turtle with normals. but in all seriousness we have no abels, fuerte, vega, sakura, gen, seth, sim, blanka, akuma, gouken, or any of the brand new characters besides Adon. If that helps influence your decision. But overall pick whom you feel best fits your style the community needs better players to help it grow even if it means another rufus or balrog player.
i’ve played casually with about 8-10 characters. with so many characters to choose from I never really had a main or favorite. i kind of like the challenge of playing as a low tier character. if I can pick a top tier and a low tier and stick with those two I should be good. also JAKE: is the modded SE fightstick you were using Friday night the only 360 stick you have? if so I can buy you a TE in the next month or so if you want. those matches against TJ seemed to go your way once you were using a TE.
If you can supply me with a TE that would be wonderful. I’ve been using that modded SE for a while now, I do recognize that I play way better on a TE, but I just haven’t manned up and gotten one yet. The height/lap sliding/arm placement is just way better on a TE.

my money only goes so far. i just found it funny how as soon as Jake had the TE stick and TJ had the SE stick the outcome of the matches changed dramatically. In the old NBA Jam games the announcer would sometimes say “is it the shoes?”. Well after Friday night I think from now on I’m gonna say “is it the stick?” Herb I’ll see what I can do. Christmas is in two months so I’ll make a list and check it twice. That amazon deal for the EVO monitor is good for those that need that authentic EVO experience at home.

And jesus capcom, can we slow it down with the viper buffs? She is gonna be a powerhouse in the arcade version. Also… I was under the assumption that all of cammy’s pokes were already fantastic… why does she need to be at +22 after something. I know they are taking away her normal dive, which means she’ll suck for the most part, but it sounds like she will be a footsy monster.
