CS 1.6
Quake 3
MW2
Unreal Championship

stacked also means health/armor, it could be that dude is has red armor or mega health and you dont, in that case all things being equal you will always lose. you could chose better as to when to decided to go toe to toe or “engage” to put it in your favor.

i havent played quake 3 live, what movement does it use? cpm or vanilla?

Vanilla.

If you are using a Razer mouse you can turn of mouse accel in settings. Would assume you can do similar with other brands as well. You also don’t want to have “Enhance pointer precision” checked in your Control Panel > Mouse options. But if you can’t disable it via normal settings, do what Shaft Agent said.

You might want to make sure you polling rate is as high as possible too.

lol, cod is cs with perks, no hit detection, kill-streaks!
wall banging is still here btw… no need for impact!

I guess so.

Its Vanilla only, with a few cpm perks.

Turok 2
Killing time
Marathon series
Damage inc
prime target
bioshock
TF2
duke nukem the og series

Funny is macs have had better fps games then pcs, mostly thanks to Bungie, and games like prime target and damage inc that both used the marathon eng. And yes halo, MW, unreal tournament are all on macs also. Even TF2, and bioshock series

Because of the recent drought of decent fighting games being released I’m attempting to play quake competitively… the sad thing is you need to do a lot of things before you even start. Its not as simple as fighting games.

I expected

Q3DM17
DM3
DM-Deck16][
Q2DM1
DWANGO5 MAP01
Facility
Blockfort
crossfire
2Fort
E1L1

are there any games that rely more on aim accuracy than level control/map knowledge?

For competition?

1A) CS 1.6
1B) Quake 3
3) CS 1.5
4) Team Fortress Classic
5) Natural Selection

(CS:source is a travesty, so is every console FPS played competitively ever)

For fun?

  1. Red Faction
  2. GoldenEye
  3. Perfect Dark
  4. Timesplitters
  5. Sven Coop

Y’all niggas cabbage Patch. No vampire slayer? Damn shame.

Rise of the triad
Timesplitters2
Natural selection
Savage

Counter-Strike 1.6 and Quake3 are my favorites. Team Fortress 2 is great as well but I found it really boring when played competitively.

excuse my noobness but how do I set a WMO to 1000hz?

edit: Just realised that its only specific types of mice that go up to 1000hz.

from all the clips i’ve seen, this game looks really glitchy. Is it worth downloading?

It’s like 2mb. The games I remember pretty much involve lining up shots while madly jumping to avoid all the ground-level projectiles. Note that you can only aim horizontally, if you want to aim up you’ll have to find heat-seeking missiles (they travel upwards) or just try to jump your tank (some servers allow jump, which has no air control by the way). There IS luck reliance in most cases with the ‘flag ability’ servers that have random flags with random abilities sprout up much like runes in 3wave CTF.

It’s a very old multiplayer game dating back to 1994 and really hasn’t changed much.

Loving Sweet Dream (LSD), best FPS in the world.
