I might casually play EA’s MMA game for a short term when its out,
so we can count one. Its rumored to not come out until September,
but ill be plenty entertained/challenged/busy with what ill be doing
starting Febuary.

Andy - no room for staying overnight is required. We’d have you home, just early Sunday morning at crazy hours like 2am or something. Gas would be cheap with so many of us and since we usually rent a vehicle we split that cost too but it’s dirt cheap. Altogether for gas + rental it’s like $15 or something. So $15 + food + whatever tourneys you enter. Just so you know, CvS2 will not get any play there, just giving you fair warning.

Josh - hey I hope it’s better than the UFC game. I doubt I’ll give UFC2 much of a look.

I have seen the preview to the new UFC game and it looks just as mechanical and stiff
as the first one. No way am I going to buy it.

Actually that makes 5 of us going already. No clue if Clem wants to come and I know Mike Conway also said he’d look into things. If they both came that would make 7 and we’d have to figure something else out besides the usual vehicle rental. I mean we could rent a larger vehicle but those certainly cost more than the dirt cheap rates we are used to. But yeah, hopefully we can come with a ton of folks. That would be the first time in a long time we came into an event with so many players.

OK here are the reasons ill be not playing anything for 6 months:

Playing games for me has gone from fun to fustrating in the past few months. As you guys
have pointed out, my attempt to “go pro” has driven me more to fustration than it has to
anything else.
I need to stop spending money on tournaments and start saving up for Jiu Jitsu lessons.
I was supposed to of started a few months ago but im burning my cash all away in money
matches, tournament events, and video games.
In the past 11 months I have completly stopped working out and spent all the time I used to
work out playing video games. The results of this are literally showing for themselves as im
much fatter than I was 11 months ago, im eating a TON MORE than I used to (anyone who went
to SB4 can testify to that) and my upper body strength is that of a high school girl.
The biggest reason is I have a plan that I need to work on. I wont reveal it yet,
but there is an accomplishment that I mean to put a lot of effort into (which will take
a longer time to accomplish than the length of my hias).
