the octagon gate won’t fit on a semitsu since its a sanwa part. I only make slanted box for happ since its not necesary for sanwa/semitsu and the angle will make it hard to cut all the trims. If you want the slant, you can get the happ box with sanwa/semitsu parts.
ok, so i cant get the octagon gate with the semitsu type stick, but i can get a happ slanted box with semitsu buttons and stick without an octagon gate, just a normal one? also does this mean i cant get the smaller box type? thanks in advance df, quick responce btw, really apriciate it.
edit: last question: hows the tightness on the seimitsu? is it tighter than a sanwa? Im lookin for a tight feel. same with the buttons, i like feed back like american buttons and heard seimitsu has some feed back.
you can get the smaller box type but it won’t have the slant. semitsu stick and buttons are a bit tighter than sanwa, has more resistance. the shaft on the stick is shorter also. and the range of motion has more straight directions than diagonals. On a sanwa if you rotate your stick you will get more diagonals than straight directions.

Just got my stick the other day — GORGEOUS stick, and handles perfectly. Built really sturdy too — Thanks to DF for throwing in the extra balltop (one of the button colors wasn’t available at the time, but he was able to find a perfect substitute for the button, and threw in the balltop at no extra cost).

I just got my stick from DreadedFist today and I am impressed. The stick is so beautiful and feels amazing. DreadedFist was even great enough to throw in some extra covers for the stick and some other part too (I’ll ask about it later). Through the whole process everything went smoothly except for me taking forever to decide upon an artwork. I can’t wait to start using this thing. Thanks again DreadedFist.
