I’ve had the same exact problem with my stick as well. Except I have a sanwa. I didn’t say anything before because I mostly play 3s which works perfectly. :encore: :party: I still love my stick though!! :party: :encore:
man that is a really weird problem. Could it be the game itself?
I’d understand if the problems occur in every game then its easily fixed.
pf sex and clock, can you guys open up your stick and tell me what the pcb inside looks like? is it faced up with 2 boards, face down with 2 boards, or 1 board.
Yo, how much would you charge me to re-wire my current Mas stick with a PS2 Dual Shock board, and setting all the buttons to quick connects? The stick and the buttons don’t need to be changed.
it’s facing up, one board only. the control plug is the really old gray version.
if it helps, the other one that works fine with the game is one of the newer two board ones with the PsONE style plug.
both are dual shock.

Guys I’m probably gonna be ordering one soon but I’m not sure because of the lag/headset issues. From what I’ve heard:
- Some people get the Xbox headset to work on the Dreambox, some don’t.
- Highly recommended converters are Dreambox & Magicbox, but both have also been slated for lag.
Can the differences be because of Dualshock pcbs? Is it because of the games they’re player on?
I’ve tried searching but there’s no definitive answers so anybody with personal experience with a DF stick and Xbox live (preferably SF:AE) I would love to hear some advice.

Yo DF, I’ve emailed you a couple times already about PCBs. Haha I don’t mean to bother you or anything, but I want to play 3S on Xbox, though you’ll be using a Sony PCB. This would mean I’d need an adaptor right?
And, adaptors = lag…? Yes, with certain adaptors, maybe not, but I’d just like to be sure, so if you or anyone else on the board could just clarify this issue. I’ll for sure order a stick from you if the sticks you produce can work on Xbox w/ no lag, once you’re not so stacked

Miyuru: adapters doesn’t always equal lag but when it does happen its pretty noticible. And that is due to the incompatibility between stick and converter.

Any recommendations for adaptors for use with your sticks? Or are you gonna be using Xbox PCBs any time soon…?

I think I found some cheap gamestop(pelican) xbox controllers taht I might be able to use. Let me do a test hack on it and i’ll let you know if I can use it or not.
hey DF, how much can you usually get a large (hamburger) xbox controller for?
i have one with me, and i can’t use it anymore because my brother lost part of the cord (the part that connects to the xbox)…there’s no point in me keeping it…
if the test hack works, and you want it, maybe we can work out a trade of some sort…
