I never said it wasn’t unprofessional. I never once said she should keep her job. Every time I always mention her teaching career is dead and I’ve also said fucking students as a teacher is a bad look.
But until these new accusations in the investigation hold water, she’s on the hook for nothing LEGALLY. That’s the big thing here. Her fucking an 18 year old student is against school policy and of course common fucking sense, but in Virginia she can’t be tried for a crime.
And the student who blew the whistle on her didn’t know shit about any other things she might have done, otherwise we would’ve already known. My problem isn’t that she got caught, or that someone snitched. She’s an idiot, she deserved to get caught and she deserved to lose her job, you can’t really refute that. However, my problem is the student didn’t do it to be the good guy, or to blow the whistle on a teacher abusing her position. He did it just because she did something to piss him off, likely cutting him off from sex. He didn’t do the right thing because it’s the right thing. And on top of that, due to his actions HE’S on the hook for more legally at the moment than she is unless these new accusations are rock solid. if this person got off for actually fucking a 15 year old at 45, i doubt shes hitting the bars. so this relationship allegedly got physical spring of last year, which puts her at 22-23, with someone im not sure of the age of yet, but if shes being charged and from what it says, they were underage, which could be 17 and below in the state of west virginia.
so if the charges stick, and she takes a light sentence, its business as usual of yo, fuck that, if this was a guy caught in this situation being 22-24 taking advantage of fresh 17-18 year olds, we’re the closest thing next to the devil himself, and were drooling at the mouth, preying on teenage girls innocence.
