Let me see if I got this right:
- The guy was 18 when he hooked up with the teacher.
- She apparently didn’t even teach in any of his classes.
- There is no law in their state saying that it is illegal for a student and teacher to engage in consensual sexual activities.
- He posted up nude pictures of her for the public to see.
If the above is true, I cannot see how the teacher is in the wrong at all, and she shouldn’t face any kind of repercussions, legal or otherwise. In fact, the teacher can easily press charges against the teenager for defamation or something like that. This shouldn’t even really be a scandal in the first place.
