Need some critique please. Normally I beat Juris, but most Juris are shit at the matchup. WyWyWyWy is good at it, and I had a truckload of trouble. I know the matchup is shit so let’s get that out of the way. I walked in to a LOT of fireballs, i recognise that. I also think I played the matchup as I normally would against an average Juri - trying to grab in the corner. Really I need to poke the crap out of her and only try to do guaranteed SPDs, at least at the beginning. I think there were some points where I landed a J.hp and went for st.lk x2 instead of st.lk into EX GH to get close.
A side note: A while ago during a Juri match I told people to whiff grab to build meter and they were like WTF BLAH BLAH, you see what I mean in this video.

I think at high levels Juri is a nightmare. Other than Fuerte she’s probably the most annoying character in the game. Pretty obvious you just had zero patience and kept walking forward into a ton of fireballs, random missed gh’s, and whiffed spd’s that were punished hard. I hate this matchup a lot but I just play it like the Guile fight. Be extremely patient while walking forward and block a ton of fireballs. Get her into the corner or get a kd and go to work. Easier said than done though.

I uploaded a few casuals I had yesterday against a friend´s Ryu. He just switched to him a month ago from feilong but he is improving very quickly, also it has been ages since I played non-flowchart online ryus so it was pretty fun.

I dont think I saw a single focus attack dash through a fireball, I use that a lot against good juris. Also your random ex greenhands weren’t helping, focus attack dash a fireball, then lp spd if your close enough or ex gh (on reaction, not random) if they do another fireball.
Ultra 2 in this matchup all the way, U1 doesn’t give u more options, it just gives you more damage but a good player is rarely caught by it, U2 gives u more options and therefore makes the mind game more complex and in your favor. Your long sweep to jump forward attack wasn’t timed correctly or maybe you just weren’t holding back for the safe jump, she shouldn’t have been able to ex pin wheel and hit you in that situation.
still not a fan of the whiff grabs to build meter, every whiff grabbed she was building space and building meter with fireballs, instead of building 1/10th of a bar of meter you could be jumping over/focus attack dashing fireballs to get better positioning and positioning is king with gief.
From a tourney I went to last Saturday, I went 3-2. Sadly the other 2 matches were not recorded.

Well, typical beginner mistakes here.
You jump way too much and you do too much random ex-gh. You have to learn how to focus absorb projectiles and it is essential to do anti-air lariats.
I mean, it’s funny that you caught him with Blizzard two times.
Take your game to the ground. That’s the most important thing and the first thing you should learn. Just watch high-level giefs, don’t do random ex-ghs and learn how to punish with SPDs. I mean, you’re a beginner. Giving too much advice and going into detail isn’t going to help you that much because you’re just learning the game mechanics, and that’s something you will learn from playing and studying videos.
I’ve seen worse Giefs than yours on XBL with much more bp 
EDIT:
You have to understand that you don’t really have to jump a all. If he jumps at you, that’s a good thing for you. Lariat is probably *the *single best anti-air you can have. Jumping Ryus or any other characters are not really a problem for you. On you level, people *will *jump in at you - realize that and practice you lariat-timimg.
The next things to learn - in my opinion, when you have learned not to jump that much and to anti-air - would be footsies with st.mp, st.lp, st. and cr.lk. And then the os-gh.
