Earlier today in ranked, I was fortunate enough to play 2 matches against SRK’s very own WorstGiefEVER. And I got BODIED! (as to be expected)
These are the 2 matches. I just want critisism all round like why I lost as Fei, why I lost as Gief and just how to fight Gief in general!

You play the matchup with feilong totally wrong. You need to stay at mid range and c.HP (key move that you didn´t use once) and space rekkas properly, there is nothing zangief can do to consistently avoid this, you should NEVER corner yourself against gief with feilong you shouldn´t have fear of him, Don´t jump, anti air every time with flame kick until u2 then just HK the jumps.
Backdash often when gief gh you, the risk/reward is very very heavily on feilong´s favor because zangief cannot aford to try 360/gh due to chicken wing into 300+ combo and position reset. Any OS that beats chicken wing will lose against backdash or flame kick and zangief need to work for getting in again. Risk/reward is always on feilong favor.
Just be patient, zangief is the one that is scared at mid range against fei not the other way around. Also when you corner gief if he is meterless he cannot do anything on wakeup if you do meaty c.short.
C.HP is a pain for zangief to deal with, specially if he is meterless.
In the mirror, just be patient and play more footsies, never jump and try to not drop combos. Also I personally prefer to not pressure zangief when I land a 360, at least not everytime because it´s so risky. I´ll use u1 in mirrors.
