@jmanDMC I’m definitely going to pick up some stuff on sale but does the focus attack rewards work on mobile? Won’t have access to my comp during that time :#
Rewards will be available on mobile devices upon launch. The original site didn’t offer the rewards interface on mobile because it used a different, incompatible template. The redesigned site has a responsive layout, so it resizes properly for phones and tablets.
That’s awesome to hear. Thanks!

Cool new design. Just placed my order =)
Couldn’t resist the 15% off and did the order
Thanks again for the support, guys. Orders are around 170 as of this morning - not too bad.
Jason and @Jenni will have plenty to do, Monday. If Jenni feels courageous enough, she’ll ask me to pull stuff for orders in order to speed things along. ^_^;;
Like you promised, the rewards work on mobile. You changed up the menus though, so it was a little bit of struggle finding stuff but I managed. Got my order in as well B)
Sorry about that - the menu was supposed to enable a greater degree of organization. The previous version offered no ability to add new products intuitively or expand across fighting and arcade markets, which is needed going forward. Hopefully it will become easier to use over repeat visits.

I like the layout of the new site but would be nice under the category/stick/button to search by the brands
I may add that back in, but I choose the current style because there is already a method to search for parts by brand under the Brand drop down. That original category was a holdover from a time that I didn’t have a lot of buttons. This time I wanted customers to have the ability to search by other characteristics as well as brand.
One of the most common things that happened on return orders was that 24mm buttons were mistakenly purchased instead of 30mm. This was despite a guide on every button indicating which size represented the most common functions on a typical fightstick or even Hitbox. This may not go away, but the separation of size may help a bit.

Are you considering the addition of the Sansa OBSF-40 button to your inventory?
It’s not a common button, but part of the redesign included photos of spare parts and less common buttons and joysticks like the OBSF-40.
It’s going to take some time, but I am including parts like this tagged under “Special Order” over the coming weeks. This allows you to request parts on special order, which will become part of our restock order each month. We’ll ship the parts as soon as they arrive at the warehouse.
In doing this, we’ll keep extra quantities on hand for some orders others might make. If we see a consistent demand for them, we’ll add them to regular inventory.
Speaking of similar, I want to apologize. I meant to add the new Seimitsu LS-38 - the remaining models that aren’t exclusive to Arcade Shock - this weekend. This includes the LS-38-01, LS-38, and LS-38-SC. Lots of other things to get done because of the redesign launch.
I’ll add them in early next week.
Loving the redesign. Clean, sortable, fancy. The only thing I can complain about is the word “concavity” being used incorrectly in this description: http://www.focusattack.com/seimitsu-ps-14-d-24mm-pushbutton-black/
The word you are looking for is “convexity”
I’m looking forward to the LS-38. Been wanting to try the LS-32 but got adjusted to the stiffness of the LS-56.
Thanks for letting me know - that is an old mistake as I hadn’t updated some of the product listings. Will fix that now.
Big thanks again to everyone that took part in the sale. Cleared near 300 orders today.

As with this kind of backlog, we’re taking care of orders as fast as we can come Monday, in the order received, with special care to Express shipments. I anticipate about 50-60 more orders come Sunday. I appreciate your patience as we get through all of these orders, and again much respect to each of you that left positive and helpful feedback on the new site. It was a big, expensive and time-intensive endeavor that I’m glad only may occur once every few years. Much more is coming in the next few weeks.

Placed my order on Saturday, had to take advantage of the 15 percent off and i gotta say, the site looks great! It took me a minute to see where the categories were moved to but once i found it, the site felt very easy to navigate and find things. A big improvement in my opinion, great job!
Thanks! The goal of the new navigation was to allow for expansion while enabling customers 4 different ways to find products. The interest and color tags help sort products by a common theme. That is extended to the category nav.
I hope others like you may enjoy visiting there, and I’m always open to feedback.
Hi all,
Just wanted to pass on some information from @Jenni that was posted to Facebook:
Again, thanks for your patience. Sunday through today were also a bit crazy order-wise, so we’re all packing and shipping orders this week. That includes me - thankfully, Jenni reviews everything I pull from the bins.
