SHIN, You have to put HDR on xbox or atleast give the people a option to play on xbox or PS3 the reason that i am asking is that PS3 version is Stright SHIT, you can ask most HDR player it plays like crap on the PS3 360 is the way to go on this.
Or, atleast give us the opton to play on it. I bet if you ask 9 out of 10 people would pefer to play on hte 360.

The dual system during a tournament DOES NOT WORK, so that option is out!:annoy: I’ve done it before and it’s a horrible idea for a local regional size tournament. It’s not even worth thinking about for a major tournament. If this will be a big problem for hdremix being on ps3 I will just have regular arcade ST instead of hdremix. Hardly anyone has signup for hdremix anyways, so this may happen anyways. Like I said, if the ps3 version of hdremix is a P.O.S. then i’ll rather run og ST on the cab instead.
The only reason I was running hdremix is because I thought more people wanted to play hdr instead of og ST, but it seems like most people are going back to og ST. I’m not getting into the mixing of consoles for 1 tournament game. That just adds time to people waiting for a stick since this is a mostly ps3 tournament for the majority of the major fighting games played at FR13.
If theres not that much people signing up fpr HDR then all we need is just ONE xbox and, One PS3 if both people want to play on the XBOX then they can play on it but, if one wants xbox and the other wants PS3, since the tourny is PS3 then is the PS3 very simple.
Its what we did at the other HDR tourny’s. Hell if you want i can bring my XBOX and i’ll still pay the door fee
The problem comes when a ps pad player wants to play hdremix. PS3 pad players will NEVER want to play on the xbox 360 crappy pad. The mixing console thing just doesn’t work imo. What happens when you want to play on 360 and the other person wants to play on the ps3? Coin flip, prs, or what?
It’s a lose lose either way because one person is being forced to play on a system they don’t like. Is there going to be a coin flip/prs after every match to choose systems? That would be the fair thing to do imo. The more I talk about this subject the more it makes me want to throw hdremix out of fr13 and just run regular ST.:xeye:

I feel you man, but ps3 pad players don’t want to pay $90 for a ps2-360 converter. You can get a new SE sf4 stick for that price and learn how to play on a stick.:xeye: When I ran a tournament with dual systems for 1 game it was a HUGE MISTAKE! People was pissed because they lost the coin flip and had to play on other people’s joysticks or controllers or a different system. I will never run multiple system for 1 game again. That is out of the question for FR13. I did that at SEB for sf4 and I will never do it again. It was a HUGE HASSLE with only 78 players entered in sf4. I can’t imagine doing it at FR13 with the amount of players attending next years event. People playing in multiple tournaments trying to carry around 2 joysticks. Hopefully people will get their joysticks dual modded. It’s the way of the future imo! Untill

I’ll be there for sure and I’m working on a team for the 5 on 5 sf4 tourney, sucks that there’s no cvs2 next year cause I really love that game, oh well later.
