Sorry for the late shoutouts. Like most of us here, it’s hard to go to a tournament nowadays and not feel a bond with most of the players there - so I’m going to try to keep mine short like everyone else otherwise it’d be pages long.
Huge thanks to all the FR staff for running this thing, Larry, Leigh, and crew all do an amazing job and try so hard every year. These guys really are some of the most selfless people in the gaming community. For those that complained about the pace of the tournament, it’s true it’s a legit problem, but know that intentions were always in the right place, and it happened only because they tried to please as many as possible.
Big apology to all the friends that have visited ATL in the past that I just didn’t have time to chill and play with, there were a lot of you. Isaac, Warren, Ben, Stone, Mike, Eli, Jeremy, Tad, Jason, Raph, Sora, Chris, Matt, Lester, James, Sam, Blake, Charles, Alex (Altron) I’m looking at you guys. You’ve all come to visit at some point and I didn’t hang with you guys at all. Just know it was nothing personal and things were just chaotic, you know I wanted to spend more time with all of you. If I don’t make it a point to play with you guys next time I’m counting on you guys to force me to.
To all the Chicago players, George, Mike, John, Kyle, Eric, it was a great honor to meet you guys and I learned so much from you all. You guys are the truth now, and you all handle the responsibility of that position gracefully. Your hearts are in the right place, and the US GG scene can only go up with you guys at the helm.

Looks like I’m about to disappear from the scene once again for another year or so(i’ll still be on the forums though). In the next 2 weeks or so, I’m going to be deployed again, out of the country.
So if Final Round is at this sametime again next year, I probably won’t be there. But if it goes back to it’s April time frame, it seems possible.
