I’d guess Galactus. Especially if Silver Surfer shows up in the playable characters before it’s revealed.
I mean, think about it. If the worlds are crossing over/merging or something, what would be the one threat that would allow a “mixed team” to have a common boss? The destruction of their world by Galactus, is my guess.

Dormmammu is going to play the part of making an alliance with who ever the real boss is and then is going to take over when the time is right. Sort of like how Urien was to Gill.
