Tataki-san, there is a gravity in your voice that I have never heard before. ~_~
Omen Stance, also known as Devil Jin Possession. When Jin is paired with Heihachi, Power Stance (b+1+2)~ 2,2,3 gives him Heihachi’s stance and some of his moves change, most notably his WGF (f,N,d,d/f+2) gives +27 on block and hits mid. He also takes some damage himself from some of the moves. It’s kinda funky in a way that doing anything except an OS specific move, walking forward or dashing forward or back will cancel the stance. EDIT: Oh yeah, and some of the frame data on the moves change as well against certain characters. For example, Omen Corpse Thrust (1+2) is -12 against everyone else except Kazuya, where it’s -5, BUT it’s -20 if blocked by Heihachi, Devil or Jin.
Did these carry over to TTT HD?
I think this is getting sidetracked, with all the talk of quantum-team-rosters.
KoFXI - 47
MvC2 - 56
KoF02UM - 66+4 bosses
aw shit. i didn’t know character rosters were so complicated, let alone accountable in how many are actually playable. so much science! mind-boggling!!! o_O
back to topic : the original Mortal Kombat had seven (7) playable characters, one (1) secret opponent, one (1) sub-boss and one (1) final boss. there.
…the most playable characters? wth…

making it the second biggest roster of a competitive fighting game
Largest character roster? That would be my game.
Because, you see, my characters are the largest. Aha, ahaha…
