let’s see… These are my tributes to CPU lameness:
3S:
- Elena: “beats in-beats in-beats-in–” ENOUGH ALREADY! Goddamn, that music is annoying as fuck!
- Akuma: Divekick, Cr. MK -> Fireball XX selected SA. Lather, rinse, repeat. Made me get good at parrying that kick very quickly.
CvS2:
- God Rugal: He gets Super Turbo Akuma’s priority and KoF’94 Rugal’s AI… isn’t life just GRAND? Almost forgot, he’s R4, as well, so one RH Genocide Cutter… “That’s what we like to call BIG damage!”
MK2:
-All: It just devolves into an AI-exploit-fest.
-Kintaro: for being UNexploitable, hurting like a bitch, and other crimes against this game’s ‘balance’.
KI2/Gold:
-Gargos: Bitch fights you using simple moves, but hurts like hell, and usually to a standstill, at which point he wins -ANY- time over. Oh yeah, have to launch him to win, to boot. Shitcock. Wait a moment… that should be NOcock, just look at the fool.
Soul Calibur II:
-Inferno: Keeps his older damage bonus (if memory serves me right), but gets a nice big defensive boost as well. Also a one-round fight, no matter how many rounds you have the game set to. Plus, you can’t do more than 1/3 damage to him per phase. Cheat.
SF2WW:
-Vega: Little nancyboy hops about like a loon, and that jumping Shorthouse (sounds like Short, and stays out as long, but sounds and hurts like a RH) has insane priority, even taking my Guile (I’m a glitching bastard in 1P mode, who cares if it’s just the CPU) out of his flashkick for free. Love when I get him to flip around like a retard and just rape him when I get him grounded, or rip his faggot self off the fence for the KO.
There are likely others, but I’ll list 'em later in an edit.
Strange how I don’t mind fighting ‘Dicktator’ (Airthrow makes 'im Guile’s bitch), or other commonly-listed characters…
Well probably because other posts in this thread are based off experience against human opponents. Not the CPU AI (which is garbage).

Sagat- Yeah I don’t have to explain this one…
Nokururu(Sp?)- am I the only one? This whore always does the ground slice, and when I try to jump over it, does the air slice. Getting close to her is a feat. Unless your Sagat, just Tiger your way to victory.
U.Rugal- Another non-explain, took me a while to nab him.
Any KoF game:
All the final bosses, WTF SNK?! I don’t think some of that stuff is humanly possible…
MvC2: Oddly I have trouble with some crappy people, like Omega Red who does only grabs all the time, or Chun-Li using her anti-air kicks on my Senti. Also if you have Senti and you are playing through the game, it’s kinda sad how overpowered he is in some situations. I wasn’t even trying to do his combo’s and I still slaughtered people, my favorite being Roll, I try to time how long it takes to kill her, 5 seconds so far I think. Also final boss sucks ass, I only played to him to unlock peeps.
3s: Apart from Ken, Yun, and Chun I have some trouble with the Guile clone. No idea why…
Alpha 3: Rolento, Blanka, Birdie and Sagat. Damn you Sagat you one eye’d bastard, wouldn’t depth perception play some aspect in launching tiger assaults of doom?
SF2 (Any of them)- About everyone, I suck ass at this game.
Kanae on extra hard. You can’t really set up an offense on a character that can dp you on your first frame of attack and outprioritizes your throws.

3S Ryu…because I hate it. No real reason. He just beats me like he’s old school.
Anything SNK The mid bosses because they seem to be just as broken as the bosses themselves. Shingo kept getting Criticals and guard crushes on nearly everything he threw.
- Non CPU wise. No one, really. Kasumi at one point in KoF, but I’m not that gullible anymore. Then again, I do hate grapplers: too many mind games.
All Vampire Savior characters get that, all you have to do is u+MP+MK o.O

Vega/balrog/claw in pretty much any game hes been in
mvc2: cable… can turn the match around literaly in an instant. stupid air HVB is the most broken super in all the fighting games. I mean come on, what other character can pull off a 100 hit combo from the other side of the screen?
cvs2: roll and throw Kim kapwhans :annoy: stupid roll is so damn fast.
Oh, yes. There’s one more character on the non-garbage tier. That makes the game alot more balanced. nm, MvC2 is the most balanced game ever.

3s - Haven’t been playing this game too long but so far…Makoto.
Makoto is the only gay ass shit in 3S. Yun, Chun and Ken are the most fun to play against because they have such amazing tactics and stratagies which allow them to play on a more sophisticated level than the shittier characters. I’d much rather have a tough time trying to figure out when Yun will command grab me than fall asleep srking some stupid 12 out of the air.
But Makoto, most retarded character. She is NOT top tier, she only creates the illusion she is. She is better than the shit characters and the mid characters but the only reason she sometimes beats the top tier is cause her ENTIRE gameplan breaks down into 50/50 guessing. It’s true that if you are smarter than your opponant you can make them look like an idiot when using Makoto, but who the fuck has fun playing against shittier players??? When shes faced against the supirior tactics of equal players with top tier characters she has to resort to her fucking BS guessing which intern makes the game INCREDABLY boring. If I’m playing a smart Makoto player who’s knowledge of 3S is equal to mine I have ZERO fun playing them, because every situation turns into rolling the motherfucking dice. This is why there are many vids of Makoto players beasting the top Japanese YC&K’s but also why Makoto’s hardly ever win shit in tournaments. Her gameplay is completely unbalenced and random and turns an otherwise intelligent game into a fucking slot machine.
