*that j.lp and j.lk both are crossups.
*you can walk lk on blocking opponents for a little pressure up close with both close and far lk (same as ryoko walk jab) and its the only move that has a chance out of his normals to tag out zazzies ABCD
*standing lp is good to catch from overhead followup and imo chains to sweep cleaner with less push. also after a c.lk u can wiff for throw after.
*his neutral jumping hp is a upward swing goes above his head active for a very short time (actually jed id love to see the box for this move as i find it almost impossible to use) hitting at his shoulder level and up
*for overhead kick you should note that its lenient on the input and matlock can actually walk forward slightly if need be for a crossup attempt

that on crouch he almost always gets sweep from overhead kick(lk)
You caught me on a day I have no access to KoF 13. Also looking at the other jump hitboxes he has good Air to Air game the only normal i see bad is HK but it would still be godlike in any other game.
